TECHNICAL DATA: - Type: 50cc water-cooled cylinder - Piston pin: 10 mm - StVZO "road legal" - Made of durable gray cast iron - Includes assembly instructions IMPORTANT NOTES: Experienced mechanics recommend replacing the coolant when changing the cylinder, as it loses quality after about two years and may clump, clogging seals or fins. However, make sure you use the correct coolant. The rule of thumb is: never mix silicate-containing and silicate-free coolants. However, it is often impossible to determine which coolant was used, and a complete fluid change is almost impossible because components can accumulate in the conduits...

Artikel gut. Passte aber nicht ganz.

Der Artikel machte von der Verarbeitung einen guten Eindruck.
Beim einsetzen allerdings merkte man das es wohl nicht ganz sauber verarbeitet war, da es schwierig war den Zylinder auf die vier langen Stäbe zu schieben. Man musste ihn langsam drauf hämmern damit es drauf ging.
Das auch keine Dichtungen dabei waren war auch ziemlich ärgerlich, da jetzt Kühlflüssigkeit ausläuft und der Zylinder somit nicht dicht ist und der Motor heiß läuft.
Ich werde jetzt wohl den Zylinder wieder komplett ausbauen müssen und hoffe das er sich überhaupt ausbauen lässt da es schon extrem schwer war in einzusetzen.
Vielleicht ist das ja normal wenn man einen neuen Zylinder einbaut aber komisch war es schon.
