Hercules ist wohl eine der bekanntesten Fahrrad- und Motorradmarken in Deutschland. Das von Carl Marschütz im Jahre 1886 gegründete Unternehmen ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Nürnberger Motorradindustrie. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fichtel & Sachs, wurden die F & S Motoren ab 1928 in die leichten Motorräder bis 200 cm³ von Hercules eingebaut.

Mit dem Kickstarterhebel wird die Kurbelwelle auf die benötigte Drehzahl beschleunigt, um einen Motorstart zu ermöglichen. Der Hebel ist über die Kickstarterwelle und dem Getriebe mit der Kurbelwelle verbunden. Dieser hier angebotene Kickstarter ist passend für verschiedene Hercules Modelle. Er ist klappbar und verchromt.
