Of course the carburettor can also be used in other models. The air intake, the engine connection, the throttle cable and the choke connection may have to be adapted for this purpose. carburettors for 2 and 4 stroke engines should not be mixed. Likewise it must be paid attention whether the carburetor is prepared for mixed or separate lubrication and whether possibly negative pressure connections for the control of a gas cock or an oil pump are needed.
