Von uns erhalten Sie ein Zylinder Set, welches 12-teilig ist und aus Zylinder, Zylinderkopf, Kolben, Nadellager, Anlaufscheiben, Kolbenringe, Sicherungsclips, Kolbenbolzen und Fußdichtung besteht. Passend ist dieses Set für die Simson Modelle S51, Duo 4/2, SR50, SD 25/50. Das Herz eines jeden Motors ist der Zylinder. Das Benzin-/ Luftgemisch wird entzündet durch den Zündfunken und setzt den Kolben in eine Drehbewegung, die dann auf die Kurbelwelle übertragen wird. Eine optimale Kühlung garantieren Ihnen die im Zylinder und Zylinderkopf integrierten Lamellen. Das Nadellager, welches Sie mitgeliefert bekommen, ist für den Kolbenbolzen und hat 10 Nadeln. Es wird auch Nadelkäfig oder Nadelkranz genannt. Die Anlaufscheiben, welche 1,0 mm stark sind, haben eine hohe Belastbarkeit und sind in der gehärteten Ausführung gefertigt.
Achtung: Bei Umbauten oder Regenerierungen am Motor bzw. Zylinder sollten die Steuerzeiten unbedingt geprüft und gegebenenfalls angepasst werden.
