Husqvarna Motorcycles ist eine der ältesten Motorradmarken der Welt mit ununterbrochener Produktion. Die Motorradproduktion begann 1903 mit Straßenmaschinen. Nach dem 2. Der Kolbenring ist nicht kreisrund und auch nicht geschlossen. Erst im Einbauzustand wird der Ring in Kreisform gedrückt. Zu seinen Aufgaben zählen die richtige Dosierung des Schmieröls, die Ableitung der Verbrennungswärme und die Abdichtung des Arbeitsraumes.
