The traditional Zündapp brand manufactured mopeds and motorcycles from 1921 to 1984 and was once the most successful motorcycle manufacturer in Nuremberg. In 1984, the company went bankrupt due to the crisis in the motorcycle industry. Nevertheless, Zündapp has not completely disappeared from the scene. Many Zündapp friends organize themselves in clubs and thus cherish the "Zündapp" myth. This speedo drive repair kit is made up of three parts and consists of a speedo wheel, a speedo sprocket and a threaded connection. The speedometer worm picks up the speed of the wheel and transmits it via the speedometer shaft to the speedometer. The speedometer wheel is mounted directly on the axle. With the help of a helical gearing the rotation of the wheel is transmitted to the speedometer pinion.
