Diese elektronische Kraftstoffpumpe ist eine selbstansaugende Inline-Pumpe mit Zahnring-Pumpenwerk, die in Verbindung mit Ihrem alten Gummimantel universell einsetzbar ist. Geeignet ist sie zum Austausch von Kraftstoffpumpen anderer Hersteller mit Außendurchmessern von 52 und 60 mm. Ausgelegt ist sie für höhere Förderleistungen. Sie kann als zusätzliche Vorförderpumpe im Kraftstoffversorgungs-system von Diesel und Ottomotoren mit Mehrdüseneinspritzung oder als Ersatz für bereits vorhandene mechanische und elektrische Kraftstoffpumpen eingesetzt werden. Die Durchflussrichtung ist durch einen Pfeil gekennzeichnet.
Da das Pumpenwerk direkt auf Welle des Elektromotors liegt, konnte eine kompakte Bauweise mit weniger beweglichen Bauteilen realisiert werden. Weiterhin wird auf diese Art die komplette Pumpe vom Kraftstoff durchflutet und dadurch gleichzeitig gekühlt.
