Quick and easy zinc coatings

DESCRIPTION:
presto Zinc-Repair is perfectly suitable for repairing and color-matching small damages on hot-dip galvanized steel surfaces. Especially suitable for the protection of welding seams and metals at risk of corrosion. Zinc coating with approx. 90% zinc dust content in dry film.

Possible applications:
Gates, fittings, fences, gutters, drain pipes, crash barriers, containers

QUALITY AND FEATURES:
- Quick drying
- Good hiding power
- Lightfast and UV-resistant
- Good surface hardness
- Resistant to petrol, chemicals and weathering
- Scratch-resistant
- Very good adhesion

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Base: acrylic resin
- color: silver
- Temperature resistance: up to 110°C
- Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity):
- Dust dry: after 5 - 10 minutes
- Tack-free: after 10 - 20 minutes
- Recoatable: after approx. 2 hours
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the applied layer thickness.
