SCOOTER - CARBURETOR & INTAKE SYSTEM

The carburetor and intake system is one of the central parts of scooters. The carburetor must produce the gasoline-air mixture that the engine should burn to achieve optimum performance. A well adjusted scooter carburetor not only protects the engine but also the environment. Often in the scooter scene is set on revving tuning carburetors which are often offered as a matched set including air filter and intake manifold.

Tip:
Old fuel can resinify in the carburetor and clog the nozzles and channels, especially after long periods of disuse or winter break. If the scooter runs poorly, a fuel system cleaner can be used to eliminate carburetor problems caused by contamination and gumming.
