SCOOTER - FUEL TAP

Is your scooter carburetor getting too little fuel or has it already "drowned"? The cause could be a clogged or defective fuel tap. Smaller motorcycles, such as the scooter, have a so-called drop fuel system, in which the fuel does not go through a fuel pump but through gravity from the gasoline tank to the carburetor. The fuel tap serves to prevent the carburetor from overflowing when the engine is turned off. We offer a wide range of fuel taps to regulate the flow of gasoline.
