1886/87 gründete Carl Marschütz zusammen mit seinem Bruder die "Nürnberger Velozipedfabrik Hercules". Die Produktion war zunächst auf Fahrräder ausgelegt. Ab 1928 lohnte sich die Produktion von Motorrädern wieder und Hercules produzierte leichte Motorräder bis 200 cm³. Als 1930 bei Fichtel & Sachs in Schweinfurt die Fertigung von Motoren begann, wurden diese sofort bei Hercules verwendet.
Mit diesem Set ist die Inspektion Ihres Sachs 504 oder 505 Automatik Motors kein Problem. Es enthält alle Ersatzteile, die regelmäßig getauscht werden sollten, um größere Reparaturen oder schlimmsten Falls Schäden am Motor zu verhindern. Zum einen wird die Benzin- bzw. Luftzufuhr komplett erneuert. Das Set beinhaltet einen Vergaserreparatursatz, einen neuen Benzinfilter, einen ein Meter langen Benzinschlauch und einen neuen Luftfilter. Zum anderen kann die Zündkerze und der Zündkerzenstecker getauscht werden. Des Weiteren enthält dieses Inspektionsset eine neue Kupplungsdeckeldichtung, eine neue Ölkontrollschraube und das passende Automatik Getriebeöl für Ihren Motor. Der mitgelieferte Bremsenreiniger dient zur Säuberung des Motors von Außen.
