Die Nürnberger Hercules Werke waren ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Nürnberger Motorradindustrie. Die Motorradproduktion begann aber erst im Jahre 1928, also 42 Jahre nach Gründung des Unternehmens durch Carl Marschütz. Auch durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Fichtel & Sachs als Motorenlieferant, etablierte sich Hercules im Marktsegment der leichten Motorräder bis 200 cm³ und Fahrräder mit Hilfsmotor.
Dieses Set für Ihre Hercules Prima, M, CB, P mit den Sachs Motoren 504 oder 505 1-Gang Automatik enthält alle zur Inspektion des Motors benötigten Ersatzteile. Mit dem Benzinfilter und dem Benzinschlauch können Sie die Benzinleitungen vom Tank zum Vergaser erneuern. Der Vergaser kann wiederum mit den enthaltenen Reparatursatz komplett erneuert werden. Ein neuer Luftfilter Einsatz ist ebenfalls im Lieferumfang enthalten. Des Weiteren ist in diesem Satz eine passende Zündkerze und ein neuen Zündkerzenstecker dabei. Die Inspektion wird vollständig abgeschlossen mit dem neu befüllen bzw. auffüllen des Automatik-Getriebeöls. Zu guter Letzt kann der Motor mit dem Bremsenreiniger von Außen gereinigt werden.
