The Zündapp company history began on February 17, 1917 when Fritz Neumeyer and two other entrepreneurs founded Zünder und Apparatebau GmbH. However, it took another 4 years before the first moped/motorbike was produced, as the 1800 workers were only commissioned to manufacture artillery fuzes for the defence industry. After this company, too, was hit by the crisis in the motorcycle industry, Zündapp went into insolvency in 1984 after an economic upswing.
Here you will find a fan cylinder kit for your Zündapp KS 125. The specially manufactured fan cylinder head provides improved cooling of the cylinder due to its wide and wider cooling fins. In addition to the cylinder head, the kit contains a piston set and the matching cylinder. This cylinder has a bore of 54 mm and a displacement of 125 cc. The cylinder is where the most important process of the engine takes place. This is the combustion of the gasoline/air mixture.
