If the repair is not possible (total loss): Exchange in refurbished or in new spare part of the same kind and quality

**For property damage that exceeds the statutory warranty or manufacturer's warranty.

Repair costs are to be paid	No repair costs, no deductible
In case of total loss, costs for a new spare part or accessory are incurred	In case of total loss, costs for a refurbished or new spare part/accessory part of the same type and quality
