Die ZÜNDer-APParatebau-Gesellschaft bzw. Zündapp-Werke GmbH war einer der großen deutschen Hersteller für Motorräder in der Zeit von 1921 bis 1984. Der Hauptsitz lag bis 1958 in Nürnberg und wurde danach nach München verlegt. Gegründet wurde die Ursprunggesellschaft 1916 von Herrn Fritz Ludwig Neumeyer.

Um das Gehäuse des Hauptbremszylinders am Lenker zu befestigen, ist diese Klemme notwendig. Sie bildet das Gegenstück zum Gehäuse und wird mit zwei Schrauben montiert. Das Zündapp Fahrzeug KS 50 (Typ 530) kann damit ausgestattet werden.
