Bing Vergaser sind wohl jedem Zweirad-Schrauber ein Begriff. Bereits 1933, zu Beginn der Produktion, gehörten Hersteller wie Hercules, Zündapp, Triumph oder NSU zu den Kunden von Bing. Das Unternehmen wurde bereits 1864 gegründet und war bis 1932 einer der größten Hersteller für Spielwaren. Nachdem Konkurs kaufte Fritz Hintermayr die Namensrechte und begann mit der Produktion von Vergaser.

Diese Nadeldüse wird in der Mitte des Vergasers verbaut. In der Düse steckt die Düsennadel. Durch Ziehen des Gasschiebers wird die Nadel aus der Düse gezogen und ein Kleiner ringförmiger Spalt öffnet sich. Damit kann der Kraftstoff in den Zerstäubungsstrom gelangen.
