1917 gründete Fritz Ludwig Neumeyer die Zünder-Apparatebau-Gesellschaft m. b. H., welche zu den großen deutschen Motorradherstellern gehörte. In der Zeit von 1921 bis 1984 wurden bis 1958 in Nürnberg und später in München praktikable Gebrauchsmotorräder gebaut. Die Firma ist heutzutage besser bekannt unter dem Namen Zündapp-Werke GmbH.

Dieser Ansauggummi ist passend für Zündapp GTS 50 und C50 vom Typ 517. Er verbindet den Ansaugstutzen mit dem Vergaser und leitet das Benzin-Luftgemisch in den Zylinder.
