Bis in die 1990er Jahre stellten die Nürnberger Hercules Werke Mofas, Mopeds und Mokicks her. Hercules war eine der bekanntesten und etabliertesten Zweiradmarken der Nürnberger Motorradindustrie. Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen im Jahre 1886 von Carl Marschütz unter dem Firmennamen "Velozipedfabrik Carl Marschütz & Co.".

Mit diesem Tachoantriebsset können Sie Ihr Hercules Zweirad neu ausstatten. Der Tachoantrieb ist für die Übertragung der Raddrehzahl an den Tacho verantwortlich. Über das im Motor verbaute Schraubenritzel wird die Drehzahl des Motors an den Tacho weiter gegeben. Dieses Ritzel ist über den Gewindestutzen und die Tachowelle mit dem Tacho verbunden.
