Hätten Sie gewusst, dass sich der Name der Traditionsmarke Zündapp aus zwei separaten Abkürzungen zusammensetzt? Nämlich aus Zünd- für Zünder und -app für Apparate, was ausgeschrieben für Zünder- und Apparatebau-Gesellshaft m.b.H. steht. Besser bekannt ist das Unternehmen natürlich unter dem Namen Zündapp-Werke GmbH. Ab 1921 wurden in Nürnberg Krafträder hergestellt.
Der Gasdrehgriff wird auf der rechten Seite des Lenkers montiert und dient zur Betätigung des Vergasers. Der Bowdenzug wird im Griff eingehängt und führt zum Gasschieber. Dieser Drehgriff wird mit Gummihülle geliefert.
