DESCRIPTION:
Malossi HTRoll are high wear resistant variator rollers for original variators. HTRoll en are made according to a special formula with CBT. The weight is seltlich eingestantz. HTROLLs are part of a series of replacements that are used in place of the original for optimal tuning of your scooter.

How it works
The rotation of the crankshaft transforms the weight of the rollers into centrifugal force: the greater the weight of the roller, the greater the centrifugal force and the lower the shifting times, and vice versa.

Adjustment of the variomatic drive
To make the best use of the power of your engine, use rollers that, during acceleration, keep the engine at a speed slightly lower than the maximum power. If you reduce the weight of the rollers, the motor increases the speed; if you increase the weight, the speed of the motor decreases.
