Hercules is a German vehicle manufacturer whose main business was the production of mopeds, mokicks and mopeds. Production began in 1928 and continued until the 1990s. Since the beginning of the production of Hercules two-wheelers, engines from Fichtel & Sachs were used.

This brand new, unused 13 mm carburetor is responsible for forming the fuel-air mixture. It creates a combustible mixture which is then fed into the combustion chamber of the engine. The carburetor also houses the throttle body, which is used to control power and thus torque. This 85/13/. Carburetor is a tuning / racing carburetor únd has a passage of 13 mm !!!! This type of carburetor was installed as a series carburetor with only 13 mm passage among other things in the Sachs 504 and 505 engines such as Hercules Prima, KTM, DKW and partly in the Sachs 506 engines of the Prima GT GX Prima Presto SM 25 etc.. In the Optima this carburetor was installed as 85/12. Fits this carburetor directly to the Sachs 504 and 505 engines, without adapters / spacers, just as it was in the original once.
