The Zündapp factory was founded in 1917 and was initially designed for the production of armaments. In 1921, the Zündapp Z 22, the first motorcycle, was produced. This "motorcycle for everyone" sold very successfully in the first three years, so that by 1924, 10,000 units had already been sold. Until 1984, the traditional Zündapp company produced various mopeds and motorcycles. Due to the economic crisis in the motorcycle industry from 1955, the company had to declare insolvency after a long uphill and downhill ride.

The curved gearshift offered here is suitable for Zündapp vehicles. Due to the ribbed rubber you have a secure grip and can operate the lever. The chrome gearshift is not only visually an eye-catcher, it also convinces with its very good processing quality and the first-class accuracy of fit. To attach the lever to the shift shaft, there is a serration inside the mounting hole. In addition, the shift lever is fixed with the help of the supplied screw.
