Der Name Zündapp-Werke GmbH stammt von der Gründungsgesellschaft "ZÜNDer-APParatebau-GmbH", welche Fritz Ludwig Neumeyer 1916 zusammen mit zwei Partnern gegründet hat. Bis ins Jahr 1921 fertigten sie hauptsächlich Rüstungsgüter für Artilleriezwecke. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt stand die Motorrad bzw. Motorenproduktion im Vordergrund und es konnten 1922 die ersten Maschinen verkauft werden. Mit den Jahren stieg die Produktion und Zündapp wurde zu einer der fünf bedeutendsten Motorradfabriken in Europa.

Mit dieser erstklassig verarbeiteten schwarzen Doppelsitzbank können Sie Ihrem Zündapp Zweirad ein neues Gesicht verleihen. Der mittig über die Bank verlaufende schwarze Riemen ist für den Beifahrer gedacht. Hier kann sich dieser festhalten. Die Bank ist jeweils mit einer Chromzierleiste auf jeder Seite versehen. Natürlich darf der "Zündapp" Schriftzug auf dem hinteren Teil nicht fehlen. Bei diesem Doppelsitz ist das Metallemblem in rot gehalten. Passend ist dieser Sitz für Zündapp Typ 517 Modelle ab Baujahr 1969.
