Here you will find a brand new replacement battery 36V 10AH from Citomerx, which is used in many pedelec models and electronic bicycles on the German market. The battery case is attached to the luggage rack.
Latest production December 2023): Optimised performance by varying the arrangement of the battery pack and using high-quality SAMSUNG cells.
Please compare the connection with that of your old battery pack!
The battery pack reaches its full performance only after the fourth to fifth charging process!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Procedure for charging the battery
1. make sure that the connection cables are connected correctly.
Compare the output voltage of the battery with that of the charger and make sure that they match.
3. connect the plug of the charger to the battery and only then plug the charger into the socket!

Notes for the battery display
Red light: In operation, no connection to battery
Orange light: Battery charging
Green light: battery is fully charged

Troubleshooting
1) Possible problem: The red light is off although the device is operating
Solution: Check that the charger input connector is plugged into the socket. If there is current flowing from the output, please return the unit for repair.
2) Possible problem: The red light does not light up during charging
Solution: Check that the battery and charger connections are properly connected. If this is the case and the battery is still not fully charged, the battery may be defective.
3) Possible problem: The red light suddenly turns green
Solution: Check that the battery is fully charged. If not, the charger may be defective. Please send the charger back for repair!

Attention: Important safety instructions
1. use the charger in closed rooms if possible and never in rain or wet conditions!
2. when the battery is charged, please first remove the plug from the socket. Then you can remove the battery from the charger.
3. do not use the charger near explosive gases or sparks. When charging, it is best to store the charger in a well-ventilated room.
4. use the device only for 24V lithium batteries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END USERS:
Batteries must never be disposed of with household waste. As an end user you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Batteries can be returned free of charge after use in retail stores. In connection with the sale of vehicle batteries to end users, we are additionally obligated under § 10 BattG to charge a deposit of € 7.50 including VAT per vehicle battery if the end user does not return a used vehicle battery at the time of purchase of a new vehicle battery. We are obliged to refund the deposit after the deposit has been levied if you return a used vehicle battery to us (ZS 2radteile GmbH, Unterbibracher Str. 3, 95519 Vorbach). In addition, we are obliged to refund the deposit if you have returned a used vehicle battery to another distributor of vehicle batteries, to a public waste disposal company or to an operator of a treatment facility for used vehicles in accordance with the End-of-Life Vehicles Ordinance (Ordinance on the Surrender, Return and Environmentally Sound Disposal of End-of-Life Vehicles) and provide us with written or electronic proof of return which is not older than two weeks at the time of presentation. If you belong to a commercial or other economic enterprise or are a public institution, you also have the option of disposing of the vehicle battery directly with manufacturers of vehicle batteries or with commercial waste battery disposal companies; in this case, you will also receive the deposit back from us after presenting a written or electronic proof of return from these bodies, which is not older than two weeks at the time of presentation.
