Die Hercules Werke gehörten zur Nürnberger Motorradindustrie in den 1920er Jahren. Das von Carl Marschütz gegründete Unternehmen wuchs schnell und etablierte sich im Markt. Bei der Produktion der leichten Motorräder bis 200 ccm³ wurden seit Gründung des Unternehmens Fremdmotoren verbaut. Hierbei wurde hauptsächlich auf die in Schweinfurt gebauten Motoren von Fichtel & Sachs gesetzt.
Der Antriebsstrang überträgt das Drehmoment vom Motor zum Hinterrad Ihres Mofas. In diesem Set sind alle zum Tausch des kompletten Antriebsstrangs benötigten Teile enthalten. Das mitgelieferte 11er Ritzel wird am Motor befestigt und über die Kette mit dem Kettenrad verbunden, welches mit vier Schrauben und einem Sicherungsblech am Hinterrad befestigt wird. Die mitgelieferten Kettenspanner sorgen für die passende Straffung der Kette.
